• The discount rates stated above are valid except for the Early Booking period.
• Pure Card, Unique Card, Iconic Card and Black Card holders benefit from only 5% discount as a card discount in addition to the EB discount during Early Booking periods.
• Accommodation discounts are valid for sales made through the Call Centre (+90 444 36 64) and www.ngphaselisbay.com.
• In order to benefit from the accommodation discount, you must have stayed at NG Phaselis Bay hotel at least once before.
• The specified NG Family Card Program privileges and discounts are only valid for our guests staying at the NG Phaselis Bay Hotel.
• For the bonus to credit to your account, you must physically stay at the property.
• The card holder's accommodation amount cannot be combined, transferred, or assigned to another person's account.
• In NG Phaselis Bay, points are earned for the stays and extra expenses made through the website and the call centre. Only extra expenses are transferred as points for reservations made through the agency.
• Currency calculations for the NG Family Card are in Euro. 1Euro=1 Bonus. When TL, Dollar or other foreign currency payments are made the cross exchange rate of that day will be made in Euro, and then will be added bonus to the card's account. *
• All guests registered to the NG Family Program are deemed to have accepted the terms of participation and use determined by NG Phaselis Bay.
• NG Family Card Program usage service is not offered to group reservations and to associated group employees who benefit from such reservations.
• The guests entitled to receive the NG Family Card must be over the age of eighteen when the card is issued.
• Members can update any personal information, and changes that may not affect the membership,  through the ngphaselisbay.com website or by sending an e-mail to [email protected]
• Members are required to provide the NG Family Card number at the entrance to the hotels. Members who do not know the NG Family Card number may be asked to provide additional identification.
• In case of multiple guests in the same room, the bonus is transferred to the card of the first registered person on the reservation. The bonus is credited to the name of the first guest staying in the room, regardless of who has paid.
• NG Phaselis Bay reserves the right to change the specified discount rates or card benefits without notice.
• Bonuses on cards belonging to the NG Family Card Program, are reset after 36 months of disuse.
• If the card is detected to be used outside the terms of use, the management reserves the right to suspend, downgrade, or cancel the card immediately, and without notice.
• In disputes regarding card status, the information of the accommodation facility will be accepted as correct.
• Bonuses collected on NG Family Card Program cards are aggregated as Bonuses to determine card scale. Bonuses cannot be used as cash for spending and are non-refundable.
• NG Family Card discounts cannot be combined with other discount campaigns.
