NG FAMILY LOYALTY PROGRAM
CARD MEMBERSHIP CLARIFICATION TEXT

NG Kütahya Seramik Porselen Turizm A.Ş. ("NG Kütahya"), as the "data controller," processes your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law Number 6698  ("KVKK") and related legislation and provides the necessary protection by taking all technical and administrative measures stipulated in the laws pertaining to processing operations.

In this context, NG Kütahya processes your personal data within the framework of the KVKK and the relevant legislation, in accordance with the,

• Compliance with the law and the rule of honesty,
• Being accurate and when necessary up-to-date.
• Processing for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes,
• Being associated with, limited to, and restrained to the purposes of the processing,
• Keeping for the period required by the relevant legislation or necessary for the purpose of processing

principles included in Article 4 of the KVKK.

Your following information will be processed within the scope of your NG Family Loyalty Program Card (“NG Family Card”) membership:

• Your card number, room number, name and surname, T.R. identity number, passport number, mobile phone number, e-mail address, country and city information, the language of communication and legal approvals, for your NG Family Card membership.
• Your mobile phone number and e-mail address, to contact you if necessary regarding your NG Family Card membership, to give notifications about the services and products provided by NG Kütahya with the "NG Phaselis Bay" brand, and to contact you in cases of complaint and dissatisfaction.
• Your card number, name and surname, T.R. identification number and passport number to ensure your identifiability within the NG Family Loyalty Program.
• Your room number to manage financial and operations processes.
• Your country and city information, for the distribution of countries among NG Family Card members, and accordingly, planning and execution of openings, invitations, events and launches to be held at NG Phaselis Bay Hotel, determining and executing foreign-domestic advertising-marketing strategies.
• Your choice of contact language to enable communication with you in your preferred language.
• Your legal approvals, so that your approval records can be kept in accordance with the law.

The processing of personal data belonging to the parties of the contract is required for the purposes above, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or execution of the contract, it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation, and it is mandatory to process personal data for the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that such processing does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data controller. Your personal data is collected through the NG Family Card application form non-automatically provided that it is part of the data registration system.

• In case you consent to receive commercial messages and give your explicit consent for the processing of your personal data in this context/for this purpose, your name and surname, your e-mail address and/or mobile phone number depending on the communication channel you have chosen, and if you choose the calling channel (for calls in the form of an interview), your audio recording data will be processed regarding the services and products offered by NG Kütahya under the brand “NG Phaselis Bay”, including those related to privileged services, campaigns, promotions, discounts, gifts, openings, invitations, events and launches, with the express consent based on the legal reason, in order to send all kinds of electronic commercial messages containing content for promotion and marketing and celebration / wishing purposes / to make searches related to this. Those personal data is collected through the NG Family Card application form non-automatically provided that it is part of the data registration system.
• In case you share this information, you consent to receive commercial messages via any communication channel and give your explicit consent for the processing of your personal data in this context/for this purpose, your date of birth will be processed regarding the services and products offered by NG Kütahya under the brand “NG Phaselis Bay”, including those related to privileged services, campaigns, promotions, discounts, gifts, openings, invitations, events and launches, with the express consent based on the legal reason, in order to send all kinds of electronic commercial messages containing content for promotion and marketing and celebration / wishing purposes / to make searches related to this. Those personal data is collected through the NG Family Card application form non-automatically provided that it is part of the data registration system.

Your personal data may be transferred

• To lawyers, auditors, tax consultants and other third parties from whom we provide consultancy and services to ensure that our business processes are carried out in accordance with the law and our legitimate interests and that our legal rights are used in a possible judicial process,
• To your authorized representatives and proxies to fulfill our legal obligations,
• To regulatory and supervisory institutions as well as other official institutions such as courts and enforcement offices, other public institutions or organizations authorized to request your personal data in order to fulfill our legal obligations,
• To our group companies, business partners, suppliers, to ensure the above-mentioned processing purposes, support in business processes and services delivery/development, custody and archiving activities and infrastructure and technical security,

in accordance with Article 8 of the KVKK.

Regarding your personal data, you have the right to:

1. Learn whether or not your personal data have been processed,
2. Request information about this processing, if they were processed,
3. Learn the purpose of the data processing and whether the data have been used in accordance with that purpose,

• Know the third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred in the country or abroad,

1. Request corrections if the personal data have been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
2. Request deletion or destruction of your personal data in accordance with the conditions stated in Article 7 of the KVKK,
3. Request that transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) are notified to third parties to whom personal data were transferred,
4. Object to any unfavorable conclusions resulting from exclusively automated analysis of your processed data,

• Request compensation of the damage in case of losses due to unlawful processing of personal data

You may send your requests, via registered letter or personally, or notary public, or registered email (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or by e-mail, if you have an e-mail address that you have previously notified us and registered in our system.

Your application will be processed free of charge within 30 (thirty) days after we receive it via the specified ways, depending on the nature of your application and NG Kütahya may request some confirmatory information from you to confirm that the applicant is the right person. This information will only be requested to identify who the natural data subject is and to ensure that the results of the application are shared with the correct person.

NG Kütahya always reserves the right to update the NG Family Loyalty Program Card Membership Clarification Text pursuant to the changes in the KVKK and the provisions of the related legislation.

EXPLICIT CONSENT TEXTS

Name/surname, mobile phone number and/or e-mail, depending on the communication channel I chose, and voice records, in the event, that calling channel is chosen (in case the calls are in the form of conversations) are transferred to NG Kütahya group companies, business partners, and suppliers for the same purposes, to process all kinds of electronic commercial messages containing advertisements, promotion and marketing, and celebration/ wish-fulfillment content including exclusive services, campaigns, discounts, gifts, openings, invitations, events and launch-related content, which are provided by NG Kütahya under the "NG Phaselis Bay" brand, in order to send the related promotional and marketing communications/conduct searches.

Birth of date data is transferred to NG Kütahya group companies, business partners, and suppliers for the same purposes to customize and present to me the contents of advertisements, promotion and marketing, and celebration/ wish-fulfillment content including exclusive services, campaigns, discounts, gifts, openings, invitations, events and launch-related content, including those related to the services and products provided by "NG Phaselis Bay" brand; to benefit from exclusive services, campaigns, promotions, discounts and gifts specialized for me and to offering products and services that I might be interested in.

COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGE APPROVAL

It authorizes sending all types of electronic commercial messages to me about content for advertising, promotion and marketing, and celebration / wish-fulfillment purposes, including privileged services, campaigns, promotions, discounts, gifts, openings, invitations, events, and launches related to the services and products offered by NG Kütahya under the brand "NG Phaselis Bay" via the communication channel(s) that I have marked in the box below

RIGHT OF REJECTION: You can withdraw your commercial electronic message consent at any time by:

• Clicking on the link in the email you received for the email channel,
• Using the RED parameter included in the SMS content for the SMS channel,
• Calling the call center for the call channel, and
• Using the  Message Management System for all channels.
