As the NG PHASELIS BAY Management and Staff, we are committed to the
following:
- To respond to our guests’ feedback, suggestions and complaints, and
to plan services accordingly and ensure their realization; - To provide products and services in full awareness that we are
responsible for the quality of all the activities we perform; - To serve in line with our brand standards and to immediately rectify any
errors; - To increase our focus on quality, guest satisfaction and the
environment, to prevent environmental pollution, to ensure
occupational safety and food safety, and to provide the training and
tools necessary to ensure that our employees possess the knowledge
and skills required to do their jobs consciously, correctly and safely; - To serve in a hygienic and suitable environment where food and
occupational health and safety are ensured in accordance with legal
regulations and conditions, without harming the environment and, in
cases outside the scope of laws and regulations, to research and apply
the most appropriate scientific solutions according to our knowledge
and experience; - To offer our products and services without wasting resources and
without harming the environment; - To constantly strive to better understand the relationship with the
environment and take the necessary technical and/or economic
measures to avoid any negative effects; - To identify environmental and Occupational Health and Safety risks and
to make continuous efforts to minimize them, and to ensure that
appropriate emergency plans are in place to deal with unforeseen
events; - As Management, to conduct studies on the health and safety of our
employees, to eliminate OHS hazards and to reduce risks; - Requiring our business partners to provide high quality, environmentally
safe and secure business processes; - To determine measurable objectives regarding Environment,
Occupational Health and Safety, and Food safety performance, to follow
the developments achieved for these purposes in a comparative
manner and to review our activities regularly; - •To create a working environment that holds our employees and
business partners fully responsible for the implementation of the
Occupational Health and Safety principles and encourages all
employees to express their concerns about the Environment and
Occupational Health and Safety; - To obtain our employees’ feedback and participation in order to ensure
