and Safety, and Guest Satisfaction Policy

As the NG PHASELIS BAY Management and Staff, we are committed to the
following:

  • To respond to our guests’ feedback, suggestions and complaints, and
    to plan services accordingly and ensure their realization;
  • To provide products and services in full awareness that we are
    responsible for the quality of all the activities we perform;
  • To serve in line with our brand standards and to immediately rectify any
    errors;
  • To increase our focus on quality, guest satisfaction and the
    environment, to prevent environmental pollution, to ensure
    occupational safety and food safety, and to provide the training and
    tools necessary to ensure that our employees possess the knowledge
    and skills required to do their jobs consciously, correctly and safely;

    occupational health and safety are ensured in accordance with legal
    regulations and conditions, without harming the environment and, in

    employees, to eliminate OHS hazards and to reduce risks;
  • Requiring our business partners to provide high quality, environmentally
    safe and secure business processes;
  • To determine measurable objectives regarding Environment,
    Occupational Health and Safety, and Food safety performance, to follow
    the developments achieved for these purposes in a comparative
    manner and to review our activities regularly;
